When a photograph is created, copyright ownership remains with the photographer, even though you may purchase copies of the photos and certain reproduction rights. For more general information on copyright, please check out www.whatiscopyright.org.
Personal digital and print reproductions are allowed. You are allowed to take digital files to a print shop such as Wal-Mart or London Drugs and reproduce prints for your own personal use. You are also allowed to share photos with friends and family on Facebook, a blog, or a personal website, as long as our signature remains on the photo.
Commercial reproductions are allowed with certain restrictions. Photos may be used in horse for sale, farm, and stallion advertising and promotion both in print and online. Please include the Christina Weese signature or appropriate photo credit.
